Competition Training

Interested in competing or improving your competition routine?

Competition training can be one-on-one or in a group setting. The sessions involve a variety of exercises and drills to specifically work on competition poses, such as standing head to knee and standing bow. Group sessions typically involve each person demonstrating part of their routine for feedback. This can be intimidating, but is such good experience for getting up on stage!

Group sessions are held weekly and generally begin in October and run until the West Coast Regional, which is typically in the Spring.

If you’re interested in joining the group sessions or if you’d like to schedule a one on one session (can be in person or virtually), contact me at yogabrarian{at}gmail{dot}com.
